General

The Guttridge Kleenbelt Conveyor provides a unique but well proven solution to the requirements of transporting materials where product spillage or emission is to be avoided. The design features an effective sealing of the top section of the conveyor belt via trough plates, combined with a central supporting roller. Enclosed Keenbelt models also feature top covers which, when combined with belt scrapers and dust extraction systems, ensure effective product and dust containment.

Specification

Guttridge's Kleenbelt Conveyor is based on a unique well proven design originally developed by Leonard Jones in the early 1980s. It is available in 4 standard model sizes with capacities of up to 800 cu.m/hr. All versions of the machine are designed to convey material without spillage, and enclosed models also facilitate effective dust containment.

Material throughputs and power requirements are optimised via the low friction characteristics of the belt support system. The unique design features a central supporting roller and UHMW PE lined trough plates. A wide selection of belt scrapers available to suit a whole range of materials characteristics. The Kleenbelt can be supplied in mild steel, galvanised, or stainless steel construction.
