With more than 11,000 exhibitors registered for the upcoming Imbibe 2010, a major on-trade drinks exhibition in the UK, the sector could benefit from a new wave of business.
Due to take centre stage at Earl’s Court 2 on July 13th and 14th, the event will see drinks professionals from across the industry represented.
As well as being given the chance to network and find out about brands in the malting, distilling and brewing sectors, attendees will be given the chance to participate in a range of workshops and presentations.
Some of the 40 courses scheduled to take place, includes a master class from Leeds-based bartender Jake Burger, who will bid to teach visitors how to conjure up the perfect cocktail, to maximise taste and profit.
Although Imbibe 2010 is the first industry conference to be organised by Square Meal Publications’ drinks magazine, Imbibe, it has already received a great deal of attention – testament to the UK’s booming drinks industry.
