This is despite the country experiencing extremely dry months in March and April, Reuters reports.
John Thorpe, head of oilseeds at UK farmer cooperative Openfield, told the news provider that although crops are stressed in some areas, but there has no been substantial damage.
However, he went on to warn: "If we do not see significant rain, then we will see it begin to deteriorate again."

One analyst said that "irreparable damage" has destroyed 20 to 30 per cent of the rapeseed in some areas.
This echoes comments from industry group the Home-Grown Cereals Authority, which last week said that the EU should prepare for reduced rapeseed output this summer.
