Vertical Mixers (often referred to as Fountain Mixers) are one of the simplest types of mixers available and offer economical mixing of large volumes of materials. They can also be configured as live bins to provide continuous recirculation of materials to prevent hang-up and bridging problems in small storage silos.

Specification

A robust design with a central vertical mixing screw, swing away hopper for easy cleaning and heavy duty bottom thrust bearing with labyrinth seal. Our mixers and live bins are designed to handle a variety of different materials in many applications. The materials of construction and finish can be varied to suit customer requirements, a painted or stainless steel finish are available. Various 'easy-clean' options are available for the plastics industry.
