Belt Conveyors are one of the most common types of conveyor system in use today. The proliferation of belt styles and designs since the 1960's as new synthetic materials have become available has fuelled an enormous growth in applications for belt conveyors. Guttridge offer a range of belt conveyors featuring different belt types - from flat belts through to chevron moulded belts and flexible wall belts allowing our designers to specify a belt ideally suited to the conveyor application.

Specification

In general most bulk materials can be handled with a belt conveyor. Guttridge offer a basic range of enclosed, troughed belt conveyors, we also specialise in the design and manufacture of machines to suit clients' particular requirements. Typical examples include very wide flat belt conveyors for slow moving unit loads, Kleenbelt troughed belt conveyors for dust-free operation, stainless steel belt conveyors for food applications and flexible wall conveyors with bend sections for minerals and other bulk solids handling applications.
